Starts and Finishes Collection
An almost monastic silence hung over the grandstands. As soon as the national flag was lowered, the worthy heir to Stirling Moss, Jim Clark was the fastest driver of the 1960 event. His Aston Martin was the first to take to the track and had to zig-zag to avoid the other slower competitors. Happy memories of this with the "Le Mans"-style start that delighted the many fans of the race.
