Always concerned about offering you the best service, we offer you a simplified return procedure!

If you need to return part of your order, you can do so by going to your customer area, then to the "My Returns" tab.

Returns are free for France and Europe.

The products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, correctly protected in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation.

We do not make exchanges. You may request either a refund or a credit note*.

Return procedure:

- Go to your customer area, click on the tab "My Returns"
- Select the order concerned
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return
- Fill in the form
- Once the form has been filled in and validated by our customer service, you will receive the return label by e-mail (the label is not sent automatically, please check your spam/junk mail afterwards).
- Leave the delivery slip in the package or write down your order number (e.g. IADFDKVFS)
- It's up to you now, you have 30 days to send it back!

*Credit note valid for 1 year, only on the boutique.lemans.org website

For non-European countries (United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Taiwan, Japan, etc.) the return's costs are at the customer's expense. These deliveries are subject to possible taxes and customs fees in the destination country. These costs and related formalities are at the customer's expense.

Products purchased on the website can be returned directly to one of our stores only for an exchange (subject to stock availability. No refunds or credit notes are available in stores).
