Always concerned about offering you the best service, we offer you a simplified return procedure! If you need to return part of your order, you can do so by going to your customer area, then to the "My Returns" tab.

Products purchased on the website can be returned directly to one of our stores for an exchange. Find the list here.

Returns are free for France and Europe.

For non-European countries (United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Taiwan, Japan, etc.) the return's costs are at the customer's expense. These deliveries are subject to possible taxes and customs fees in the destination country. These costs and related formalities are at the customer's expense.

We recommend that you use a carrier with traceable tracking and send it to the following address:

The products must be returned in perfect condition for resale, correctly protected in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation.
We do not make exchanges. You may request either a refund or a credit slip*.

Return procedure:

- Go to your customer area, click on the tab "My Returns"
- Select the order concerned
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return
- Fill in the form
- Once the form is filled, you will receive the return label by email (please check your spam/junk mail)
- Leave the delivery slip in the package or write down your order number (e.g. IADFDKVFS)
- It's up to you now, you have 30 days to send it back!
