How can I be sure that my product is an official item ?
All 24H Le Mans products come with a certification hologram that you can scan to verify their authenticity.

Do you offer a loyalty program ?
We do not have a loyalty program at the moment.
My Account
How do I create a customer account ?
To create an account, click on the "My Account" icon at the top right of the homepage, then select "Create an Account." Fill in the requested information and confirm your registration. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is activated.
How can I benefit from ACO member rates ?
To benefit from ACO member pricing, you must create a customer account using the email address associated with your ACO membership. Once logged in, discounts will be applied automatically to eligible products and displayed directly in your cart.
How can I take advantage of my birthday discount ?
On your birthday, you will receive an email containing a personalized discount code. This code is valid for 1 month from the date of receipt and can be used when placing an order in the online store. To benefit from it, make sure you have entered your date of birth in your customer account.
How do I change the email address associated with my account?
For technical reasons, the email address cannot be changed once the account is created. In case of an error or if you wish to use a new email address, you will need to create a new account with the correct email address.
How do I reset my password ?
On the login page, click on "Forgot Password?". Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions sent by email to set a new password.
What should I do if my discount code does not work ?
First, check that the code is still valid and meets the terms of use (validity date, minimum amount, eligible products, etc.). If the problem persists, contact our customer service.
How do I save my favorite products ?
To save a product as a favorite, click on the "heart" icon on the product page. You can find all your favorites in the "My Favorites" section of your cart.
My Order
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED ?
Once you have placed an order on our site, you will receive a confirmation email*. You can also go to your customer area, under the "Order History and Details" tab.
*Note: Please check your spam and junk mail folders, as these emails can sometimes end up there.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify or cancel it. If you change your mind, you can still arrange a return once the order is received.
If you made a mistake with the delivery address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to modify it.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
Where can I find my order number ?
What happens when I pre-order an item ?
In the case of a pre-order, your item is reserved and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. The estimated delivery date is specified on the product page.
I can't place an order. What should I do ?
If you encounter a technical issue, we recommend that you:

⋅ Try using another browser or device.
If the problem persists, contact our customer service.
I would like to purchase a gift card. How do I do that ?
You can order a gift card directly from our site, on the dedicated page Gift Cards. It will be sent by email to the recipient with the chosen amount.
Can I buy tax-free ?
Purchases made on our online store are not eligible for tax refund. However, tax refund is available in our physical stores located in Le Mans and Paris.
I received an item that is damaged or does not match my order. What should I do ?
Please contact our customer service specifying your order number and attaching photos of the received product. We will find the best solution (refund or sending a replacement item).
How long is my product covered by the guarantee ?
All our products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery.
Can I exchange an item if it doesn't suit me ?
We do not offer exchanges. However, you can return the item within 30 days to receive a refund, and then place a new order.
Do you offer gift wrapping options ?
We do not offer gift wrapping at the moment.

What payment methods are accepted ?

I would like to use a gift card. How do I apply it ?
Yes, you can pay for all or part of your order with a gift card by entering the code printed on it during checkout.
I would like to use a credit note. How do I apply it ?
To use your credit, enter the code received by email in the "Promo Code" field when checking out your cart. The corresponding deduction will be applied automatically to the total amount of your order.
I want to use a promotional code. How do I apply it ?
Enter your code in the "Promo Code" field in your cart. The discount will be applied automatically to the total amount of your order.
I can't confirm my payment. What should I do ?
Check that your banking information is correct and that your payment limit has not been exceeded. If the problem persists, contact your bank or try another payment method.
My Delivery
How do I know if my order has been shipped ?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email also contains your package’s tracking number.
How can I track the delivery of my order ?
You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the shipping email, or directly from your customer account under the My Orders section.
My order is delayed, what should I do ?
The delivery times indicated are estimated. In case of a delay, please check your package’s tracking information. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team, who will assist you in locating your order.
I haven't received my order, but the tracking information says it has been delivered. What should I do ?
Check with your neighbors, building manager, or local post office to see if the package was dropped off. If you still cannot locate it, contact our customer service team to initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
Where do you deliver ?
We deliver to mainland France, overseas departments, and internationally. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination. For more information, please visit our dedicated page: Delivery
My package is marked as “Return to sender.” What does this status mean ?
This status indicates that the package could not be delivered (incorrect address, prolonged absence, refusal of the package, etc.) and is being returned to our warehouse. Contact our customer service to arrange a new delivery.
My return and refund
How do I request a return ? Under what conditions ?
Please submit your return request in your customer account under the "My Returns" tab. Once approved by us, you will receive a shipping label by email (check your spam/junk folder) to send back the items that do not fit.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
How long do I have to return an item ?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to make a return.
How long will it take to receive my return label ?
The return label is usually sent by email within 48 hours of your request.
I have already submitted a return request. Can I submit another one for the same order ?
No, only one return request is allowed per order.
Do I need to keep proof of return ?
Yes, always keep the receipt or tracking number of your package until the refund has been processed.
Can I return a product purchased at an event ?
Yes, it is possible to return a product purchased at an event. To do so, please contact our customer service and attach your receipt along with photos of the item in question.
How long does it take to receive a refund after a return ?
The refund is usually processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting your returned package.
How will I be refunded ?
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your order.
If you have received a credit note, you can apply it to your next order by entering the corresponding code in the "Promo Code" field in your cart.
Are there any products that are not eligible for return ?
Certain products are not eligible for return:
- underwear,
- jewelry,
- food products
If these products are nonetheless returned to us, they will not be refunded and will be sent back to the original shipping address. In the event of a further return of these products, they will not be sent back again and will be destroyed.
Can I return an online purchase directly to a physical store ?
Yes, you can return an item purchased online to one of our stores (Paris, Tours, Le Mans, or Rouen). An exchange is only possible for the same product, subject to availability.
However, no refunds or store credit can be issued in-store: for any refund request, please contact our customer service.
